By participating in any activities or using any facilities provided by Bhartiya Sports, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Membership to Bhartiya Sports academy may be required for certain activities or facilities. Members must adhere to the rules and regulations outlined by Bhartiya Sports.
2.Your membership permits you to use the Bhartiya Sports academy premises, facilities, equipment and services and limited by the type of membership as per, agreement. A Month-to-Month “CONTINUAL MEMBERSHIP” has no expiration date and requires a written notice that you the buyer are cancelling this Agreement, or words of similar effect. Such notice shall be Emailed to info@bhartiyasports.com Verbal and phone cancellations are not accepted. Cancelations in the club are not accepted. Your membership is non-transferable and does not give you any rights in the management or operation of this club. The minimum age for membership is 14 years old with a parent/guardian signature. We reserve the right to terminate any membership at any time for any reason.
All participants and members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or violence, will result in immediate expulsion from Bhartiya Sports academy premises and activities.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by Bhartiya Sports academy staff. Bhartiya Sports academy is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur as a result of negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
Participants must use equipment provided by Bhartiya Sports academy responsibly and in accordance with instructions. Any damage caused to equipment due to misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the individual(s) involved.
All fees for membership, activities, or facilities must be paid in full and on time as outlined by Bhartiya Sports. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
Refunds for membership fees or activity bookings may be provided in accordance with Bhartiya Sports' refund policy. Cancellations made after a certain deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
All content, including but not limited to logos, branding, and promotional materials, are the property of Bhartiya Sports academy and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
Bhartiya Sports academy respects the privacy of its members and participants. Personal information collected by Bhartiya Sports academy will only be used for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
1. Bhartiya Sports academy reserves the right, at its own discretion, to adjust a Pay-out credited to an Account Holder’s balance if it is obvious that the Pay-out has been credited to the Account due to an Error.
2. In order to adjust any inaccuracy in the Account Holder's balance following amounts credited due to an Error, Bhartiya Sports academy reserves the right to take any necessary action, without prior notice and within reasonable limits, to adjust the Account Holder's balance through the reversal, amendment or cancellation, of any subsequent transaction on the Account Holder's account.
3. Any complaints/disagreements towards settlement of any bet offer, should reach Bhartiya Sports academy within 14 days of the initial settlement to require a full investigation. All other complaints will only be considered if indisputable evidence of an inaccurate settlement is presented by the account holder. Such evidence will only be taken into consideration unless it is in any way attributable to situations as described.
4. Bhartiya Sports academy reserves the right to suspend access to the account until it completes any investigations it deems necessary.
5. These rules are applicable to all transactions with Bhartiya Sports, and may be supplemented with other Rules. In the event of ambiguity, priority should be considered in the following order:
a. Rules and conditions published in conjunction with an offer and/or campaign;
b. Should these be inconclusive, reference will be made to the General Sports Book Rules, unless Sport-Specific Rules declare otherwise.
6. In cases where it deems that these Rules are inconclusive, Bhartiya Sports academy reserves the right, according to its own discretion, to settle offers on an individual basis on the basis of equity, attaining itself to generally accepted betting norms, customs and definitions.
7. Adaptations into other languages of these Terms & Conditions, or any other text which can be associated with bet offers, are done for purely informative purposes. Although all necessary precautions have been taken to assure the most faithful rendition of these terms in the specific language, Bhartiya Sports academy will not accept any liability for any incompatibility between the English version and any other language. Thus, in case of discrepancy between the English edition and the respective translation, the former will be deemed as binding and will be the basis upon which the offers will be settled.
8. Any data provided or accessible in, from or related to the Sports Book may be used by the Account Holder for private, non-commercial use only and any use or attempted use of such data for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
9. Bhartiya Sports academy has the right to enforce a term of the contract relating to the Sports Book against any Account Holder.
a) A bet can be declared void
b) A bet made as an accumulative bet shall remain valid notwithstanding a match or an event which is part of the accumulative bet being void.
1. Bhartiya Sports academy reserves the right, at its own discretion, to declare a bet void, totally or partly, if it is obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred:
2. Bets have been offered, placed and/or accepted due to an Error;
3. Bets placed while the website was encountering technical problems, that would otherwise not have been accepted;
a) Influence Betting;
b) Syndicate Betting;
c) A result has been affected by criminal actions - directly or indirectly;
d) A public announcement has occurred in relation to the bet which alters significantly the odds.

A bet made as an accumulative bet shall never include two or more offers the outcomes of which might turn out to be related the game, Although Bhartiya Sports academy takes all necessary steps to prevent such possibilities, in the eventuality that this would happen, Bhartiya Sports academy reserves the right, solely at its own discretion, to declare void all parts of the accumulative bet which include the correlated outcomes.
5. Bets can be voided regardless of whether the event has been settled or not. Furthermore, all bets placed (and/or accepted) in the following circumstances will be declared void:
Pre-match betting (i) Betting effected after the event has started; (ii) Betting effected after a related event was underway and where conditions could have been altered in a direct and indisputable way.
(i) Betting effected at incorrect price due to delayed or failing ‘Live’ coverage;
(ii) Betting effected on particular offers after these have occurred, or else after an event which could normally be deemed as leading to the outcome has happened or is happening
(iii) Betting effected on odds which represented a different score than the actual;
Bhartiya Sports academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notification of changes will be provided to members and participants via email or through other appropriate channels.
If any part of these terms and conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth hereinabove, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue in effect.
The failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or a waiver of any other rights or remedies under these terms and conditions or at law. A waiver by the Bhartiya Sports academy of any terms or conditions in any instance should not be considered to be a waiver of any term or condition for the future or of any subsequent breach.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida /Gautam Budh Nagar.
By participating in Bhartiya Sports academy activities or using its facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
