Bhartiya Sports academy respects the privacy of its members and participants. Personal information collected by Bhartiya Sports academy will only be used for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
The member represents that he/she is in good physical condition and has no medical reasons, impairment or disability that might prevent him/her from using all bhartiya sports academy facilities. The member acknowledges that the bhartiya sports academy did not give him/her any medical advice before joining which might relate to a member’s physical condition or the ability to use the club facilities. If the member has any health or medical concerns, now or after joining, he/she should discuss them with a physician before using the bhartiya sports academy facilities.
The enrolment fee, prepaid dues, prepaid membership payments, personal training and any other fees are non-refundable. A “CONTINUAL MEMBERSHIP” has no expiration date and the Member may cancel prior to the 30th of the month prior to the next debit date, after the initial debit. The Bhartiya Sports academy can sell memberships at different rates and terms than your membership. The Member must pay his/her dues even if he/she does not use the Bhartiya Sports academy facilities. The Bhartiya Sports academy reserves the right to take a legal action if the member’s dues are unpaid after 90 days.
